I have a message in Tech Tool that I need to update from 2.6 to 2.7, but there are no updates available in the Client Update Agent. What should I do?

Answer:   

Most likely you need to update to the latest  “version” of Tech Tool.   Example,  from version 2.6.75 to 2.7 requires a new installation using a Tech Tool  USB Flash Drive, or Tech Tool Disc.   Please renew your Tech Tool Subscription for the latest Tech Tool version.  If your Subscription is current and you do not have the latest Disc or USB Flash Drive,  please contact the IT Help Desk at 877.978.6586.
