In the charts below you will find the Recommended and Minimum Hardware requirements and Required Software requirements.

Tech Tool does NOT Support…

  • Windows 8.1, 8, 7 or XP
  • Windows Home Edition, Business, Work Station, Virtual Machine or LTSC versions

With Windows 8.1, 8 & 7, the installation of version 2.8.130 and newer will fail. No upgrade or update via client update will work beyond 2.8.121 version.

We recommend a download speed of at least 4Mps – 6Mps or higher when Installing, Updating and/or operating Tech Tool.

To Test your Network Speed visit www.google.com and enter “speed test” in search. On Internet Speed Test, click RUN SPEED TEST.
